1. Reservations & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Reservations are confirmed only after receipt of full or partial payment as per the policy.
  • Prices are quoted in INR unless otherwise stated and may include applicable taxes.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the cancellation policy stated at the time of booking.
  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early departures.

3. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in time: 13:00 | Check-out time: 11:00
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Use of Property

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly on the premises.
  • Damages to property, décor, or heritage artefacts will be charged to the guest.
  • Smoking is not permitted indoors; designated smoking areas are available.

5. Experiences & Excursions

  • All outdoor activities are weather dependent and subject to change or cancellation.
  • Darbargadh, Dared is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages during third-party excursions.

6. Children & Pets

  • Children of all ages are welcome. Parents are responsible for their supervision.
  • Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated and approved in writing.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • While we strive to ensure your comfort and safety, Darbargadh, Dared is not liable for loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused during your stay or travel.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website—including text, images, and logo—is the property of Darbargadh, Dared and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

9. Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhavnagar, Gujarat.
